K-Clique Needs Your Vote!

It truly was the year of K-Clique in 2019 and they still show absolutely no signs of slowing down. And why would they? Adding to their long list of awards, achievements and milestones will now be the 2020 MTV EMA’s nomination of K-Clique for Best Southeast Asia Act! Good News For ‘Covidball Z’ Fans

The most talked-about Malaysian webcomic strip of the past few months is finally available in print version! Self-published by the author Ernest Ng, whom Gendang interviewed some time ago, ‘Covidball Z’ is currently available on Shopee and includes chapters that were never uploaded online. The Levi’s® Music Project 2020

Following its global success in spearheading music-based education and support, the Levi’s® Music Project 2020 is now calling out to promising Malaysian musicians to submit their unreleased music from 12 – 25 October, 2020 at bit.ly/LMPMY2020Submission.Four artists will be shortlisted to record a brand new song funded by Levi’s® and stand a chance of bagging a whole bunch of other awesome perks. Gigs Coming Back!

Ah, yes. News of postponed gigs being revived has been, well, music to our ears! And one of the biggies is Konsert Cinta Buatan Malaysia Search & Awie #Apologia which has now been confirmed to be held on 12 December 2020. The even better news: while the original gig was meant to be held at The Bee back in March this year, the venue has been upsized to Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam to accommodate more fans of these local legends.
